How onboarding works
The same three stages apply to every faction, whichever form you submit.
Submit the form
Choose your faction, fill in contact, address, and business details, then submit. You get a reference number on screen straight away.
Verification
The relevant Tgway team reviews what you sent and comes back for registration, bank, or compliance documents where they are needed.
Setup and go live
Listings, payment devices, or investor material are arranged once verification is complete.
Common questions
Do I need documents before I start?
No. The form collects details only. Registration, bank, and compliance documents are requested later, during verification.
Can I submit more than one form?
Yes. A seller who also wants to take payments should submit the Tgway On form and the Tgpay form separately.
Why do the address fields change?
Each market uses its own address format, so the fields follow the country you select: provinces and wards in Nepal, states and PIN codes in India, postcodes in the UK.
What happens to the details I send?
They are used to review and respond to your request. Nothing is shared outside the team handling it.
